Our engineer will come out and diagnose the fault with your appliance, after which, you can then either choose to have your appliance repaired. Or…

If your appliance is either: unrepairable, or you decide against a repair due to it being uneconomical to do so, then there would be no further charge.

Once the fault has been diagnosed, and you would like our engineer to proceed with the repair, then, and only then, does the repair fee become chargeable.
