We believe that a maximum total cost for repair of £70, is exceptionally good value, and a lot less than what a great number of other firms would charge.

We also break up our service charge into two separate parts, a call out charge, and a repair fee.

So, that in those rare instances where an appliance is unrepairable, or that the cost of parts to repair the appliance makes a repair un-economical, then the customer in this situation would only pay the call-out charge; whereas a customer who does have their appliance fully repaired would pay both the call-out charge and the repair fee.

Our Typical Repair Process

Step 1

Initial Contact

When you make initial contact with us, we will go over the problem with you to try and establish the probable causes for the fault with your appliance.

For some issues we may discuss steps you can easily take yourself to try and correct the problem, but, if the fault does require an engineer to investigate, we will arrange a convenient             time to come to your home and work on your machine.

Step 2

Diagnose and Fix Visit

We will attend your home to examine and diagnose the fault with your machine.

If the cause of the problem requires common parts we carry with us, or requires maintenance that does not involve parts, we will fix the machine there and then, leaving you with a working appliance and completing the job.

For more complex faults which require specialist parts unique to your machine, we will advise you of such, and take your direction on how you would like to proceed.

The fixed call out charge, plus the cost of any common parts used if repair has been completed, will be requested at the end of this visit.

Step 3

Re-Visit, (if necessary)

In instances where your machine requires specialised parts; after they the parts have arrived, we will arrange with you a convenient time to revisit your home to complete the repair.
